Red Fife whole wheat flour is a milled on our farm from an heirloom variety of hard red wheat, known for its robust flavor and high gluten content. It offers a deeper, more complex taste than modern hard red wheats, with notes of herbaceousness, nuttiness, toastiness, and caramel.
